Katie and her team were great! They got me on the books quickly and came in and did such a good job, I didn’t even know how much I needed the deep clean until they did it. Definitely one less thing I have to worry about and makes it so I can spend more time with my kids rather than deep cleaning on my free time. Will definitely use them again!

Katie’s cleaning service has been cleaning my house for over a year now, and I’ve been so impressed with their customer service and professionalism. I went with them after gathering quotes from several cleaning services. I’m so glad I went with them because I’ve had other cleaning services in the past and Katie & crew is definitely the most kind, hard working and responsive. As a mom of young children I have a hard time keeping my house in order. Katie and her crew make my life so much easier. We love coming home to a clean home.

I was incredibly impressed with the team’s responsiveness, attention to detail, and friendliness. They fit me in when we had a difficult schedule and did a fabulous job.

We agreed to a monthly cleaning arrangement with Katie’s cleaning. Our first cleaning appointment went pretty well. We had two cleaners show up and basically split the house so they’d eventually meet in the middle. We had a few areas that when they left were missed (master shower, master bathroom floor and some dusting) when we mentioned that those were missed they sent someone out the next day to make it right. We are hopeful to have a more thorough job done next time out but overall were satisfied with the job done and the response to our concern. Little niceities they made the kids beds and organized their stuffed animals. It was a hit with the kids.

Katie’s Cleaning came out today and I am beyond happy with the cleaning and the crew that came out to help me get one aspect of my life in order. I wish I had a before and after shot of my sons bathroom. I can’t wait for this to be a regular service. Thank you, Katie’s I’ll see you in a few weeks!

Everyone was very professional and did a great job cleaning! The only downside was that I was overcharged on my invoice and I was told I would get a refund of the difference and it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received it yet.
